THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED WERE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM OPIUM PALACE.
THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED ARE IN THE EXACT CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM IN: UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS INTACT AND ATTACHED, WHERE APPLICABLE.
THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED WERE RECEIVED NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU INITIATE YOUR RETURN.


RETURN PROCESS

TO INITIATE A RETURN AND REQUEST A REFUND, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD TO NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO RETURN THE ITEM(S). PROVIDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS, INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN.
2. OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.
3. CAREFULLY PACKAGE THE ITEM(S) TO BE RETURNED, ENSURE YOU INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CLEARLY MARK THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE.
4. SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO THE DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING METHOD AND OBTAINING PROOF OF SHIPMENT.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE ITEM(S), UNLESS THE RETURN IS DUE TO A MISTAKE ON OUR PART (WRONG ITEM SHIPPED, DAMAGED ITEM, ETC.).


REFUND PROCESS

ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT THE RETURNED ITEM(S) AND CONFIRM THAT THEY MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE.
